Equipment Rental

As a service to our clients, Aquatic Biology Associates, Inc. rents sets of plastic Nalgene sample jars and shipping containers for projects where the destination of the samples is our lab. Instructions and supplies for proper labeling and shipping of samples are included. Rental costs are $35 for a set of 15 one-liter jars and container, or $30 for a set of 20 500-milliliter jars and container. Please consider this option. It will save you time and money, and avoids sample loss during shipping or incurring the ire of shippers when they discover packages of leaking samples.

Aquatic Biology Associates, Inc. will also rent collecting equipment on a short term basis to our clients. Sets can include all necessary equipment to acquire benthic invertebrate samples with D-frame kick-nets, Surber sampler, Hess sampler, suction dredge sampler, or petite Ponar dredge.
